How to book a hall?
Make an enquiry on the availability and price by one of the following methods:
- Complete the online Hall Hire Enquiry form on this page
- Call the Bookings Officer on 0118-971-4057
- email bookings@aldermaston parishhall.co.uk with your enquiry
- Download the booking form (in pdf format
) and send to the Booking Officer
We will confirm if the date is available, what the price is and the conditions of hire.

Hire Information
The hire of the Parish Hall is flexible and designed to meet the requirements of most groups. There are three components we require to know to calculate a hire fee for you:
- the time of day required
- the rooms required
- the type of function

Time of Day options:
♦ Morning 08:00 - 12:00
♦ Afternoon 12:00 - 18:00
♦ Evening 18:00 - 24:00
♦ All Day
|
Rooms:
♦ Main Hall
♦ Billiard Room
♦ Kitchen
|
All Facilities can be hired for any of the individual sessions above and for All Evening and All Day. In addition we offer special rates for Children's parties and Weddings.
